A Little Bit Extra is a family-run bakery. Our journey began with the founding of a large-scale bakery that supplied custom-designed cakes to leading supermarkets such as Waitrose, and to national and international coffee chains including EAT, Caffè Nero, and Costa.
Today, A Little Bit Extra specialises in gluten-free cakes, cookies, and traybakes—with a growing range of delicious vegan options. We believe that dietary inclusivity should never compromise on taste, texture, or quality.
