
A Little Bit Extra is a family-run bakery. Our journey began with Caron Howe previously founding a large-scale bakery in 2003 that supplied custom-designed cakes to leading supermarkets such as Waitrose, and to national and international coffee chains including EAT, Caffè Nero, and Costa.
Caron opened A Little Bit Extra in 2022, with Emma her daughter joining the business this year. Today, A Little Bit Extra specialises in cakes, cookies, and traybakes—with a growing range of delicious vegan and gluten-free options. We believe that dietary inclusivity should never compromise on taste, texture, or quality.
